Please send your contact details and the reason for the returned product. Postage costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the customer, unless an error has been made by ourselves.
If you decide to cancel your order and notify us before we have despatched your items, we will refund your payment and cancel the order, this applies to orders under £25 only. If we receive a cancellation request after your item has been despatched then you will need to follow the refund process mentioned above. Please note that all returns must be unopened and in a perfect re-saleable condition. We inspect all returns and no refund will be made for goods that do not meet this condition. Once goods have been returned, we are legally obliged to refund you within 30 days, however we normally process all refunds within a maximum of seven working days. We will process a full refund minus any original delivery charges.
