Deliveries, Postage and Packing
We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday only). If this is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will inform you via e-mail. Your delivery options are presented upon checking out. Please click here for our delivery costs and information.
Availability/Out of Stock Items
If we run out of a certain item we will contact you with a suitable replacement, which will be of the same or greater value. If you do not want this product, you may cancel your order and we will refund you if payment has already been taken.
All prices are shown besides the relevant products on the website, prices shown are not inclusive of delivery costs. These are shown in the Delivery clause in these terms and conditions.
Nut, Allergies & Ingredients
The products on this website are produced in facilities where nuts are present. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the products will be nut free. We aim to supply ingredients with all products for the benefit of our customers. Ingredients/Allergens are taken from the manufacturers technical specifications, we cannot be held responsible for this content.
Ingredients on all sweets can be obtained for the benefit of our customer by contacting us.
Credit Cards & Debit Cards - We accept Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments via SagePay.
PayPal - Customers wishing to pay via PayPal can choose the PayPal option through SagePay, where you can complete your order via your Paypal account.
BACS - Customers wishing to pay via BACS can choose this option when checking out. Please contact us for bank details. Orders will not be despatched until payment has cleared.
Zap Sweets Limited do not/will not store customer's Credit or Debit card details or any financial information on the website. All payments are encrypted or processed externally via SagePay's secure transaction process.

If any of it is reproduced, changed or altered in any way, we will not hesitate to instruct legal representation to act on our behalf. Please note that from time to time, manufacturers change their product designs/packaging so all images on our website may be differ slightly from the product you receive.
Please ensure that you always e-mail us prior to ordering if you wish to enquire about the best before dates on our products. We strive to ensure that all of our products have a minimum of 3 months date on them. In some cases though, depending on the products, this is not always the case due to the way that they are manufactured, etc.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and issue a new version on our website. The new version will take effect immediately.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We hope that that you enjoy the sweets that you have purchased. If there is a problem with any product please return them within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

Please send your contact details and the reason for the returned product. Postage costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to cancel your order and notify us before we have despatched your items, we will refund your payment and cancel the order, this applies to orders under £25 only. If we receive a cancellation request after your item has been despatched then you will need to follow the refund process mentioned above. Please note that all returns must be unopened and in a perfect re-saleable condition. We inspect all returns and no refund will be made for goods that do not meet this condition.. Once goods have been returned, we are legally obliged to refund you within 30 days, however we normally process all refunds within a maximum of seven working days.
