Delivery Information
We take great pride in offering a quick, simple and enjoyable experience in purchasing the best sweets and chocolates around. We use the reliable courier FedEx to deliver packages to you. They're quick, they let you know when you need to be in, and they take extra good care of your parcel. Please note that FedEx only delivery Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery can be arranged but this is subject to additional charges.
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days (Monday to Friday only). Whilst we strive to get all orders packed and delivered as quickly as possible, some times it may take longer than quoted, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery. Monday to Friday does not include bank holidays. If this is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
We have kept our delivery options as simple as possible. These are listed below:
Any orders under £24.99 are charged at £4.99.
Any orders between £25 and £74.99 are charged at £3.99.
Any orders over £75 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
The prices listed above are for Zone 2 (Mainland UK) only. We do delivery to Zones 4, 5 & 8 but these are applicable to extra delivery charges. These will be presented during the checkout process. Please see the image below to view your corresponding postal zone.
It is your responsibility to be in when your order is due for delivery. It is strongly recommended to arrange to have your order delivered to an address where someone will be there to receive it, such as your work address. We send tracking numbers with every order, which enables you to find detailed information as to when your parcel will be delivered.
FedEx will leave a calling card if they are unable to deliver your parcel, please follow the instructions on the calling card and contact your local depot to rearrange delivery/collection within 2-3 working days. If arrangements for delivery are not completed in 2-3 working days your parcel will be returned back to Zap Sweets; this will incur a further delivery charge if you wish to have the parcel resent.
We currently only delivery within the UK. We are looking to start delivering worldwide, so please keep an eye on our website for all the latest information and updates.
